As a permanent staff member reporting to the Manager of Client Services, you will handle IT incidents through HRM’s ticketing system and assist with desktop, mobile, and audio-visual technologies. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to asset management within IT guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to HRM employees
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
• Maintain inventory and configuration information on IT assets
• Facilitate proper asset disposal as per HRM guidelines
• Proactively recommend technical solutions to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Three years of IT experience in troubleshooting hardware/software
• Valid NS Driver’s License and vehicle access
• Help Desk or Service Desk certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
