Join Thales as a NEM Liaison in Halifax, Canada. Step into a pivotal role coordinating service schedules and prioritizing deficiencies for AOPV and JSS Fleet operations.
This position involves overseeing deficiencies reported by RCN, facilitating repair priorities, and supporting operational schedules as part of the AJISS Assignment Team. You will play a crucial role in tracking metrics that inform key performance indicators while ensuring effective collaboration within the Defence network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure reported deficiencies are legitimate and tackled urgently
• Compile detailed reports on repair progress and operational requirements
• Arrange regular progress meetings with RCN and AJISS team
• Lead Technical Program Management initiatives for coastal ships
• Revise AJISS documentation and procedures as needed
Requirements:
• 5 years in RCN maintenance during DWPs and SWPs
• Expertise in RCN deficiency reporting systems
• Recent experience with Defence personnel
• Preferred 2 years liaising with Coastal Maintenance Facilities
• Engineering degree preferred but not required
