As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and uphold the Roots experience for both customers and employees.
Your role includes supporting daily operations, leading by example in sales, and training staff on product knowledge. You will also assist in recruitment efforts and execute opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales budgets
• Lead by example in sales and customer service
• Assist in recruitment activities for the store
• Provide training on products and selling skills
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately
Requirements:
• 2+ years in retail apparel management
• Strong sense of style and passion for fashion
• Excellent customer service focus
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Great communication skills, both oral and written
Elevate the Roots customer and team experience through sales leadership and effective management.
