Harris, you'll manage critical service operations and participate in optimizing repair schedules. The focus will be on proactive problem-solving, maintaining service timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation. Your contributions will support national security initiatives while promoting a culture of growth and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customer repair activities to ensure timeline adherence
• Communicate with internal teams about service progress
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery schedules
• Chair meetings between Service Centers and internal teams
• Update ERP systems with accurate repair data
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6 years of experience
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with export controls, ITAR, and controlled goods is a plus
• Experience in a service-oriented environment
• Attention to detail in all operational tasks
