Ohio Northern University is seeking a 12-month, tenure-track Assistant/Associate/Professor of Pharmacy Practice. Position rank commensurate with experience. Applicants with a Pharm

D degree with additional training or education in drug information and/or public health are invited to apply. Candidates with experience in collaborating with local or state health departments or associations on pharmacist-based initiatives and/or educating the public on the safe and effective use of medications are strongly encouraged to apply. A track record of professional leadership is desirable.

This position will have primary teaching responsibilities in the Pharm

D program that include classroom and experiential instruction based on the hired individual’s background. The environment is rich for research in an atmosphere that encourages student engagement in scholarship.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is experience or interest in innovative teaching methodologies.
• The candidate must have a commitment to the holistic development of students.
• A willingness and potential to contribute to the research and service missions of the college and university are essential.

• Candidates should hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, completed by August 2025, with additional training or education in drug information and/or public health.
