Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Job Summary

Technician 1 – Provides preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment such as aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines (generators, HVAC, pumps, oil & gas). Working in a safety‑focused environment with the goal to reduce downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance and make repairs on equipment.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness to avoid downtime.
• Other similar duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1‑3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment or heavy construction equipment.
• Experience with specialty lines (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• May need to provide tools of trade.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching; lifting 50 lbs or more; work indoors/outdoors as required.
