What will you do?SA is currently recruiting GEOPHYSICIST to join our client’s team in UK (East coast). This vacancy is offered as a permanent contract on full‑time basis directly employed by our client.
Geophysicist is responsible for collecting, processing, interpreting, and analyzing geophysical data (SSS/SBP/MAG) acquired to produce accurate and informative maps and models of the sub‑seafloor geology.

MustHave
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in geophysics, geology, or a related field.
- Experience with Sonarwiz/CODA/Oasis Montaj processing suite; similar software may be considered.
- Ability to QA/QC SSS/SBP/MAG data.
- Proficiency with GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS, is required.
- Offshore experience preferred.
- Familiarity with geological/geophysical equipment, can be helpful.
- Good written and oral English.
- Must be able to travel freely.
- Responsible for the production of the reports required during or at the end of the operations.
- Responsible for data processing (SSS/SBP/MAG) and for the production of preliminary and final reporting products.
- Supports the Rep Co P&R Sup. for the production of the reports required.
- Reports to the P&R Mngr.
- Liaises with the P&R Sup./Rep Co for project‑related matters.
- Ensures final deliverables are in line with the company Quality standards.
