Join Booz Allen as an Operations Research Analyst and help solve complex problems for clients by evaluating capabilities, conducting research, and developing actionable recommendations. You’ll work with a team to research, prepare graphs and charts, analyze performance needs of various capabilities, and present findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Conduct research, analyze data, and interpret performance needs of various capabilities.
- Document findings and develop recommendations to improve program efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in program meetings to advance project goals.
- Develop modeling and measurement techniques using mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, and other relevant disciplines.

You Have- Experience in war gaming, experimentation, and capability gap assessments for Department of War customers
- Experience with advanced Excel features, including data modeling and Power Pivot
- Experience performing prioritization assessments and risk assessments
- Experience with coding
- Knowledge of analysis techniques using Python, MATLAB, or R
- Ability to work in a SCIF
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or Physics
- Experience developing capability requirements documents for Department of War customers
- Knowledge of non-kinetic effects or offensive cyber operations
- Possession of excellent critical thinking skills
- Master’s degree in Operations Research

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
