Guest Experience Leaders are the hospitality leaders in the restaurant. You will take the lead in ensuring our service areas are consistently sanitized and will set the stage in helping our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued at all times.

* Try to understand their expectations and feelings - put yourself in the guest's shoes.
* Create a warm and inviting environment.
* Genuinely engage and interact with guest to improve the guest experience.
* Be friendly and personable as you look for ways to offer assistance.

Be Authentic

* Engage guests by being energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly.
* Smile and have fun! It's contagious.
* Be natural - let your personality shine and listen! Listening and asking clarifying questions shows you really care.

Put Guests First

* Be confident and feel empowered to resolve any guest concern.
* Make the Guest your first priority. Remember to always say hello, thank you, and good-bye and go the extra mile!
* Be proactive - look for guests' cues on their feelings and seige the opportunity to create feel good moments.

Serve Delicious Food

* Our food is high quality, delicious, and delivered fast.
* Orders are accurate -check to make sure the guests are happy.
* You are knowledgeable about menu options.
* Make sure your appearance and the environment is neat and clean - that affects the perception of our food and restaurant.
