Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base salary + benefits

A well-established services organization is seeking an experienced controller to oversee accounting operations and provide strong financial leadership. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who enjoys working closely with ownership and driving accuracy, structure, and process improvement.

The controller will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls while leading a small accounting team.

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and operational decisions

• Experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in a senior accounting or controllership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month‑end close
• Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leadership style
