Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Integrative Medicine Physicians in Harrisonburg, VA. In this full-time outpatient role, you’ll care for a diverse patient population—from pediatrics through geriatrics—while focusing on preventive care and the management of chronic conditions.

- Full-time position with flexibility to work a 4-day work week
- 36 patient contact hours & 4 hours admin time
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm - no weekends
- Collaborative setting with 2 physicians, 2 APPs, and 6 support staff
- 14-16 patients a day on average
- Minimal call schedule – once every 8 weeks – 24-7 nurse triage team utilized first

- Active NP or PA
- Master's Degree required
- 5+ years of direct care RN experience preferred in med surge, emergency department, or ambulatory care setting
