Partner with Field Supervision to capture and document construction activities
Review, interpret, and code job documents for accurate billing
Ensure all materials used are accounted for and reflected correctly
Analyze construction prints, job packages, and field documentation
Identify and correct discrepancies in billing data
Recognize and input missed information from field crews
Work directly with utility companies to resolve billing questions
Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
Manage email correspondence and documentation efficiently
Enter and maintain job package data in internal and customer systems
Utilize WMS platforms for data analysis and reporting
Support billing readiness through detailed data validation
Travel to job sites as needed to gather missing or clarifying information
What You Bring- Experience in the powerline or utility industry (required)
- Ability to read and interpret electric distribution construction prints
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Confident communication with both field teams and external partners
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with a customer-first approach
- You catch what others miss
- You enjoy solving data puzzles
- You understand how field work translates into billable value

- Office-based role with occasional field visits
- Sedentary work with standard computer use
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for data entry
