What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, hands‑on personal care to our residents
  • Assist with nurse‑delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts

Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Must pass a Minnesota Background Check
