Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Insurance Administrator to join their busy administration and customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, proactive individual who thrives in a varied environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, professional customer service.

Salary: £27,000 up to £29,000 upon successful completion of probation

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with providers and clients via telephone, email and letter
Obtaining quotations, extracting data and reviewing policy information
Preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings
Ensuring internal policies, procedures and compliance standards are maintained
Handling client queries and assisting with claims
Managing incoming data and ensuring accurate processing Skills and Experience

Required:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in a busy office environment
PC literate – confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Previous insurance experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
