We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling machines, programming, and reading blueprints to produce high-quality parts. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to the fabrication of complex components in a manufacturing facility committed to quality and safety.

- Operate CNC milling machines, including CNC lathe and CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate production of parts according to specifications.
- Program CNC equipment using CAM programming and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings for precise machining.
- Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts and stamping presses as needed for production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills.
- Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings for fabrication, assembly, or machining processes.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication projects, or packaging operations as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to factory safety standards.
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar machining equipment in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, Fanuc controls, CAM programming, and blueprint reading with GD&T proficiency.
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling, fabrication processes, welding, stamping presses, press brake machines, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Familiarity with CAD software like Solid Works is preferred.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers accurately.
- Basic math skills necessary for machine setup and quality inspection tasks.
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
