Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things organized? Bishop & Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to help process invoices and ensure smooth financial operations. While prior A/P experience is a plus, it’s not required — we’re happy to train the right person! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy

• Receives invoice documents
• Checks for completeness of information on invoices
• Operates computer to further process invoice documents for payment processing

• Well organized
• Proficient with 10-key
• General clerical experience (AP or billing experience desirable)
• Very detail oriented
• Types 45 wpm accurately (no errors)
• Familiar with Office applications – word & excel
• Able to multi-task
• Able to accurately handle heavy volume of repetitive/clerical work

• Job Type: One year contract, full time, on-site
• Pay: $20/hr
• Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with 30-minute lunch
