• Oversee the execution of payroll responsibilities for a diverse team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage and update accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and other related tasks to maintain financial integrity.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting financial data.
• Generate accurate and detailed reports on financial activity and trends.
• Handle regular data entry tasks and uphold data integrity across all accounting systems.
• Supervise the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Manage daily sales sheets and cash reports, providing accurate and up-to-date financial information.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and manage procurement of orders.
• Utilize Point of Sales system - TOAST - to manage financial operations across two entities.
• Undertake any other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the financial department.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with Concur is desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• A strong understanding of general Accounting Functions is needed.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Auditing skills are necessary.
• Expertise in Billing Functions is preferred.
