Minimum Qualifications:
BA Degree and/or 2-5+ years experience as executive assistant or in office administration
Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills – able to work with a wide range of people
Strong desire to work with Hawaiian community in a Hawaiian cultural context
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fundraising, grant-writing, and grant reporting
Experience with outreach, PR and marketing
Proficient speaking and writing ability in Hawaiian
Proficient in project/task management
Evening and night availability when needed
