IT Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-­on IT Specialist to support our growing team across e‑commerce, operations, and retail. This role will own day‑to‑day IT support while helping build scalable systems to support our fast‑growing fashion brand.

You’ll work closely with teams across design, merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment — ensuring everyone has the tools and systems they need to move fast.

• Provide daily IT support across HQ, warehouse, and remote teams
• Set up and manage laptops, mobile devices, and accessories (Mac‑first environment)
• Administer company tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and other SaaS platforms
• Support e‑commerce operations (Shopify integrations, apps, and troubleshooting)
• Maintain office and warehouse network infrastructure (Wi‑Fi, routers, printers)
• Support fulfillment tech (POS systems, barcode scanners, inventory systems)
• Manage onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning, access control)
• Implement and maintain security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access policies)
• Document IT processes and create simple guides for internal teams
• Coordinate with external vendors, IT service providers, and SaaS partners
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of IT support experience (startup or e‑commerce experience preferred)
• Strong experience with macOS and SaaS tools
• Familiarity with Shopify or e‑commerce platforms is a big plus
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
• Experience supporting warehouse or retail systems is highly desirable
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and operate independently
• Strong communication skills — able to support both technical and non-technical teams
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-­paced startup environment

• Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 based on experience
