On behalf of our client, Creative Comfort Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Dispatcher to join their growing team in Hazleton, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and skill set
• Coordinate daily service schedules and communicate updates to technicians and customers
• Monitor technician routes and job progress throughout the day
• Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and scheduling information
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionally handle customer concerns
• Assist with preparing work orders, invoices, and service documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding scheduling priorities and workflow
• Support the service department with administrative duties as needed

Experience and Skills
What We're Looking For:

• Prior dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to problem-solve and adjust schedules quickly when needed
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using scheduling or dispatch software
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology and service operations
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
