One of our hospital clients in the UAE is seeking to immediately hire an experienced Male or Female Physician Recruiter.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
A physician recruiter is responsible for drafting job descriptions, highlighting all skills and qualities that are required and desired in a successful job applicant.

A physician recruiter is responsible for interviewing all qualified physicians. During this process, a recruiter may only ask questions pertaining to each physician's professional background.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS LEVEL:
 Identify and implement quality improvement techniques within the department.
 Meet with Medical Director and Administrators regarding recruitment services and determining scope of services and prerequisites.
 Secure Health Systems support for recruitment initiatives.
 Prepare budget and monitor monthly activity; identify corrective measures as needed.
 Serve as liaison to trainees for job placement questions and concerns. Give yearly presentations on job search related topics.
 Serve as source of recruitment information for Network Services (i.e. changes and trends in industry , salary data, recruitment activity)
 Provide resources and foster professional development and growth with departmental staff.
 Responsible for tracking and maintaining all records, insuring that the hospital remains compliant with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
 Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Position Requirements
Bachelor,   3 to 4 Years work experience
Required Qualifications at this Level
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required.

Experience: Work requires four years related business experience in healthcare business or management. Prefer experience in medical recruiting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Core competencies include: collaboration and team building skills, leadership skills, excellent planning and organizational skills, effective and efficient decision-making skills; and strong analysis and judgment skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to be effective in a matrix management organization.
