LEVANTOgroep in Heerlen zoekt een bevlogen persoonlijk begeleider voor de jongerenopvang. Je biedt essentiële ondersteuning aan jongeren zonder (tijdelijke) woonruimte en helpt hen op weg naar zelfstandigheid.
Je werkt vanuit de methodiek die de eigen kracht van jongeren versterkt en werkt samen met hen aan hun ontwikkeling. De functie is voor 24–32 uur per week en biedt een competitief salaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
