Senior Technical Manager - Senior Project Manager, Minerals & Metals

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Senior Technical Manager) to join our Minerals & Metals team in Henderson, NV to lead delivery of a large-scale gold project from feasibility through execution. Accountable for cost, schedule, and risk, with a strong focus on execution certainty and owner outcomes.

• Manage transition from feasibility to detailed engineering and execution
• Own cost, schedule, and forecast performance
• Lead integrated team across engineering, procurement, and construction
• Coordinate with third-party engineering partners
• Drive risk management and mitigation plans
• Align engineering with permitting and construction requirements
• Oversee procurement strategy for critical equipment and packages
• Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders

• 15+ years in mining or heavy industrial project delivery
• Experience delivering projects through FS, detailed engineering, and construction
• Strong EPCM project delivery experience
• Familiar with Nevada / U.S. permitting environment (preferred)
• Degree in Engineering; PE preferred

Expected compensation range is between $188,000 - $220,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
