RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers promptly and professionally

• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms

• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process

• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow

• Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations

• Review completed work with customers and explain charges clearly

• Assist with loaner vehicle coordination when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dealership Service Advisor experience required 3-5 years

• Ford dealership experience is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to learn new technology and dealership systems
