LONG TERM POSITION
Join our client who are an independent manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings as a TRAINEE EXTRUSION TECHNICIAN. This is a great opportunity that offers ongoing progression.
Must have at least 2 years Extrusion experience.
Key responsibilities- Correct removal & fitting of extrusion tools onto lines
- Basic safety & operational checks
- Correct start up & shutdown of extrusion lines
- Fault identification & reporting
- Full training provided in-house
- Opportunity to progress to Lead Extrusion Technician
- Pay increase following successful training period
- 37.5 hours per week
- 3 shift rotation 06:00-14:00 / 22:00-06:00 / 14:00-22:00
- £14.21 per hour
- £14.75 per hour following successful training period
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution
