Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Delivery Drivers (Cat

B) for a busy distribution operation in Hereford. This role involves multi‑drop deliveries of dairy products (Milk and Cream), ensuring items are delivered safely and customers receive an excellent service.

This will cover any 4 nights from 7, so flexibility is a must. ideal for reliable drivers looking for a long‑term opportunity with career progression.

• Full UK driving licence - standard Category B licence accepted
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Carry out manual handling tasks in a fast‑paced role
• Comfortable with early morning starts and working nights
• Reliable, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a delivery driver, milk delivery, or retail role is desirable but not essential - full training will be given

• Valid Cat B driving licence
• Ability to carry out manual handling safely
• Strong customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Competitive pay: 13.50 per hour PAYE / 16.85 per hour Umbrella
• Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day
