Job :  |  Services LLC

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Security is our highest priority. The AWS Compliance & Security Assurance team is responsible for diving deep into industry requirements, maintaining regulatory and security requirements, and establishing strategies to meet current and upcoming customer and regulatory security needs. At AWS’ scale, we hire experienced builders to design and operate scalable mechanisms to provide the highest level of assurance to our most regulatory conscious customers.

We are looking for a Program Manager who will own the end-to-end scope, management, and delivery of scalable programs supporting the Security Risk Analytics team. You will interact with both technology and business leaders across the organization at all levels. The successful candidate has a solid program‑management background, experience with industry standards, and a track record of applying project‑management best practices to drive operational efficiency and program delivery excellence.

This role will manage multiple work streams while ensuring seamless execution of established processes and programs.

Key job responsibilities
  • Drive end‑to‑end program management for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against key metrics
  • Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs

A day in the life

A typical day might include: reviewing campaign ticket queues to identify items approaching SLA, pulling data for the weekly W  submission, drafting an escalation email to a builder team that missed their baselining deadline, updating a campaign tracker, joining a sync with the Continuous Control Monitoring team to align on shared dependencies, and proposing a small process improvement to reduce manual data entry in the metrics pipeline.
