Day Time Sat  12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real‑estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or tenant‑related concerns while following post instructions and helping to support daily operations at the location.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and/or communication logs related to patrol activity, customer service interactions, and security‑related events.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
