Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with building staff as needed.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper reporting channels.;
Answer phones, assist with directional support, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of security-related procedures.;
Complete required documentation, incident reports, and/or daily activity logs related to front desk operations and building access activity.
