Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused corporate location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and entry procedures, and report security-related issues involving employees, guests, and/or deliveries;
Support a professional environment by communicating with staff and visitors, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership
