What You'll Do

As a Jr. Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for assigned categories and vendor requirements, ensuring smooth purchasing and fulfillment processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing purchase orders and vendor relations to meet company needs
• Overseeing order processing, return orders, and discrepancy claims
• Communicating with vendors and logistics teams on delivery timelines and conditions
• Solving vendor and category discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvements for efficiency
• Ensuring accurate financial documentation and pricing updates
• Supporting team members and training new employees

What You Bring to the Team

• Education:
  
  High school diploma/GED required
• Experience:
  
  1+ years preferred in purchasing, fulfillment, or a related field
• Skills:
  
  Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, and ERP system experience (MS Dynamics AX is a plus!)
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., sit for extended periods, and use a computer efficiently
