Part-Time Customer Service Associate Fashion and Apparel

• Respond to customer inquiries via email about washing and care instructions, sizing and fit information, order modifications, pre‑order availability, and general FAQs.
• Ensure SKU alignment between Shopify and the 3PL fulfillment system before each collection drop.
• Handle back‑office tasks related to customer orders and inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer experience reflecting the brand’s values and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fashion/apparel industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software/CRM systems.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
• Interest in fashion and knitwear products is an advantage.

• Monday – Friday 9 am – 11 am PST.
