The counter sales position serves as a key face‑to‑face contact and liaison for customers. The role generates sales while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service. Responsibilities also include processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving material, maintaining showroom/warehouse organization, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The position collaborates with other branches to ensure consistently high service levels across the network.

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive warehouse material.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Assist with customer deliveries when needed.

• One year of work experience (preferred).
• Valid driving license (preferred).

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This role is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
