Job Summary The Senior In-House Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving overall sales performance, leading in-house sales operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees all aspects of the sales floor while directly managing and developing Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
This leader sets the tone for a high-performance culture—balancing strategic direction with hands-on coaching—to consistently exceed revenue goals, improve efficiencies, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties Sales Leadership & Performance Lead, manage, and develop the In-House Sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
Drive daily sales floor operations, ensuring proper management coverage, TO support, and efficient tour flow
Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets, including revenue, volume, and cost objectives
Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve results
Conduct and support sales presentations and closings as needed
Coaching, Training & Development Recruit, interview, and retain top-performing sales talent
Train, mentor, and coach Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize performance and closing success
Provide real-time coaching, including ride-alongs and TO support
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development
Operations & Strategy Execute company sales processes in alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines
Track daily performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadership
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
Manage sales incentives, contests, and performance programs
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and revenue outcomes
Guest Experience & Culture Ensure delivery of an exceptional guest and owner experience
Promote a positive, professional, and results-driven team environment
Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to company values
Qualifications and Skills7–10+ years of Timeshare Sales experience, including In-House Sales3–5+ years of Sales Management experience (Senior-level preferred)
Proven track record of driving sales performance and leading high-performing teams
Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership capabilities
Advanced understanding of sales strategies, closing techniques, and training methodologies
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and execute against business goals
Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor with strong time-management abilities
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods#INDND
