What You’ll DoLead and manage store operations during your shift

Supervise, coach, and develop store associates

Deliver exceptional Quality, Variety, and Service (QVS)
Resolve customer concerns and support positive shopping experiences

Monitor sales, labor, and store performance metrics

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards

Walk the sales floor and back areas to maintain operational excellence

Partner with store leadership to execute company goals

What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in retail

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead from the front and work alongside your team Customer-first mindset

Accountability and ownership mentality

Comfortable traveling between store locations

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work a 50-hour schedule

Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role within the store. You’ll spend much of your time on the sales floor and throughout operational areas, coaching associates, supporting customers, and driving performance in a dynamic retail environment.
