As one of our first U.S. sales hires, you'll shape processes, tooling, and strategy alongside the VP of Sales and CSO
As the Account Executive at Boost Draft,
- Identify potential clients in law firms and corporate legal departments
- Use various sales tools (Zoom Info, Apollo, etc.) and initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and SNS
- Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and effectively follow up the leads saved in the pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of enterprise software, legal-tech, or law-firm sales experience
- Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation (phone, email, social)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and hit or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Channel or partnership development experience
- Hands-on with sales intelligence tools (Zoom Info, Apollo, etc.)
- Familiarity with the legal-tech landscape or previous work with law firms
- Self-driven and unafraid of ambiguity—thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
- A natural hunter who enjoys opening new doors and building relationships from scratch
- Culturally savvy, comfortable collaborating with a globally distributed team
- Willing to travel periodically for industry events and customer visits
- Introductory call with a recruiter (15 - 30 minutes)
- 1st Interview with the Strategy and Business Operations Specialist (30 - 60 minutes)
- 2nd Interview with the VP of Sales (30 - 60 minutes)
- 3rd Interview with the CSO (30 - 60 minutes) ※please note that additional interviews may be conducted due to the time constraint

- Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000
- Sales Commission: OTE $120,000 - $200,000+ (uncapped commission structure)
Employment Type :
Initial 3-month consignment contract, with the intention to transition into a full-time role.
