As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Clinical Practice:

* Deliver safe and systemic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision.

* Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice.

* Demonstrate specialized knowledge in urgent care, pharmacology, and education.

Teamwork:

* Communicate efficiently and collaborate with diverse clinical teams.

* Cultivate a coordinated approach to achieve efficient patient outcomes.

* Show respect and understanding for fellow team members.

Quality/Best Practice:

* Apply standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery.

* Continuously incorporate data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes.

* Commit to maintaining high practice standards for outstanding results.

Required Qualifications

* Progressive clinical experience.

* Master's degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master's or Doctorate Degree.

* Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Physician Assistant studies certification.

* Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
