Overview
Our client is undertaking a large deployment project to roll out 700 iPads and 95 laptops across five hospitals, with additional work anticipated later in the year to deploy more devices and charging stations.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute deployment of iPads and laptops across hospital locations.
- Perform basic imaging of devices.
- Install cases on iPads.
- Physically place devices and peripherals at nursing stations (plug and play).
- Support technicians and collaborate with the project team to meet the go‑live timeline of June 27th.
- Customer‑facing with strong customer service skills.
- Basic troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with device imaging.
- No Microsoft MAC experience required.
- Expert level technical proficiency is preferred.
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., onsite at Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Additional Information- Drug test required.
- Position may be extended or converted to a full‑time employee after the initial short‑term contract.
