We’re looking for a high-potential marketer to take a lead role in driving and delivering an ambitious Innovation agenda within a unique and fast-evolving market. This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially sharp, consumer-obsessed Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager who wants real ownership, visibility and development.

What you’ll be doing- Leading the end-to-end innovation pipeline (NPD) from concept through gate process to execution
- Owning and shaping the brand growth agenda in partnership with commercial teams
- Interrogating and managing the brand P&L – identifying risks, opportunities and decisive interventions
- Embedding true consumer-first thinking while balancing retailer and commercial realities
- Influencing and challenging cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class execution
- Developing and coaching direct report(s) to build future capability
- Proven experience at Senior Brand Manager level (or a standout Marketing Manager ready to step up) within a branded FMCG business
- Strong innovation and gate process experience – you’ve led projects from insight to shelf
- Highly commercial – confident managing budgets and brand P&L with pace and rigour
- Consumer-obsessed, but commercially pragmatic
- Strong project management capability with the ability to manage complexity
- Gravitas and influencing skills – able to challenge constructively and bring others with you
- Ambition, curiosity and a genuine hunger to grow
