The Residential Maintenance Technician will play a key role in upkeeping multi‑family apartment properties within a small team environment. This position focuses on ensuring all maintenance operations, from routine inspections to emergency repairs, are efficiently handled on‑site with adherence to safety standards and the use of specialized maintenance management software. The role requires an on‑call availability for emergencies and supports a maintenance system designed to keep properties safe and functional.

• Conduct routine inspections of residential units and common areas
• Perform repair work for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues
