Advertising Sales Representative

Overview

Sales Representative at Dee Printing, Inc. Outside Sales Representative to grow advertising and print solutions business. Focus on developing new relationships with small to mid-sized businesses while maintaining and expanding partnerships with existing clients and churches across the assigned territory.

• Prospect, generate, and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive repeat business.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decision makers.
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent Dee Printing, Inc. within the local community and business networks.

• Strong work ethic with a coachable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable working in a Catholic Church.

• Commission + Salary based structure with strong earning potential. Expected earnings: $50,000 - $85,000+ annually (based on performance).
