Program Integration & Design Coordination
  • Partner with design, hardware, and construction teams to integrate low‑voltage systems into data hall and base‑building infrastructure.
  • Support development of design packages, material submittals, and as‑built documentation.
  • Identify design and constructability risks early and implement mitigation plans.
Quality, Standards & Compliance
  • Develop and oversee testing, certification, and QA/QC procedures for low‑voltage systems.
  • Drive consistency in installation quality, documentation, and performance validation.
  • Ensure installations meet OCI standards, local codes, and manufacturer warranty requirements.
  • Introduce prefabrication strategies, modularization, and digital field tools to accelerate delivery.
  • Partner with vendors to pilot new technologies that improve reliability and deployment speed.
  • Capture lessons learned and lead technical reviews to refine global standards.
Cross‑Functional Influence
  • Act as the primary low‑voltage liaison between engineering, construction, and operations.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting on vendor performance, risks, and key project milestones.
  • Mentor internal and external partners to strengthen global alignment.
Rack Deployment Readiness Coordination
  • Coordinate readiness for rack deployment, ensuring all low‑voltage systems are validated prior to hardware installation.
  • Partner with data hall design, construction, and operations teams to confirm power, cooling, and network interconnects.
  • Lead rack mapping and patching validation to align with standardized port architecture.
  • Oversee vendor and site readiness checklists, tracking closeout items and milestone completion.
  • Interface with hardware engineering and logistics teams to sequence rack deployment.
