The Associate IT Quality Analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into clear, effective test cases.

Thisrole partners early in projects to define testing that ensures software meets business objectives, requiring strong analytical skills and clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.

• Design, develop and executedetailed test cases based on business requirements
• Participate in user storyrefinementand ensure acceptance criteria aredetailed andclear
• Collaborate andcommunicatewithdevelopers throughout the Sprint to provide guidance andsupportontestingprocessduring thedevelopmentstage.
• Detect and document thedefects, analyze the test results andidentifyareas for improvement
• Define and perform the necessary level of regression testing for eachrelease
• Manage testing tasks efficiently under tight deadline sin fast paced environments
• Build and enhancetestcase repository using test case management tool
• Attend and contribute to all Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Estimate the scope and size of the testing effort for each user story
• Utilize business and application skills and experience to help provide first level application support
• Continue to advance knowledge and skills by keeping current with newtesting technologies and the Agile Scrum process
• Experience working in an Agile Environment.
• Utilize business and application skills and experience to help providefirst levelapplication support.
• Ability to understand businessobjectivesand IT delivery capabilities to provide effective test strategies.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and other Agile Tools preferred.
• Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask between projects with minimal loss in productivity.
• Ability to work with minimal direction,logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or another related field preferred
• 3+ y ears of software testing experience
