Family Medicine - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Worcester, MA

Position Summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) in Worcester, MA.

• Schedule:
  
  three 12‑hour clinical shifts per week plus additional administrative time.
• See approximately 2 patients per hour.
• Provide high‑quality, value‑based care centered on patient quality rather than productivity.
• Access to Reliant Medical Group's medical specialists including behavioral health and dermatology.

• Use of state‑of‑the‑art EPIC EMR system.

• Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Certification to care for patients of all ages – pediatrics through adults.
• Eligible for Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Active DEA license.

The salary range for this role is $104,500 – $156,000 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to salary, United Health Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
