Our client is seeking a transformational technology leader to build and operate the enterprise platforms that power modern software delivery, engineering productivity, and AI‑enabled execution. The role involves leading the strategy, optimization, and evolution of the enterprise delivery ecosystem—delivery management platforms, engineering productivity tooling, AI‑assisted developer enablement, and delivery intelligence capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Technology leadership to modernize delivery operations and establish intelligent delivery platforms as a strategic enterprise accelerator.

Lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of enterprise delivery and portfolio management platforms, including:

• Jira
• Confluence
• Service Now SPM
• Delivery analytics and reporting platforms

Drive adoption and operational excellence for AI‑powered engineering productivity platforms and developer enablement tooling, including:

• Engineering copilots
• Developer experience and productivity tooling

Build enterprise‑wide visibility into delivery performance by enabling:

• Delivery flow analytics
• Throughput and predictability insights
• Capacity and dependency management

Standardize and optimize delivery execution across multiple delivery models:

• Lead third‑party partners and platform support teams
• Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven experimentation
• Influence senior technology leadership and enterprise stakeholders
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and operational excellence

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, delivery operations, engineering productivity, or technology transformation
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing enterprise delivery systems, platforms, or execution capabilities
• Deep expertise with enterprise delivery platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Now SPM
• Experience with AI engineering productivity platforms and developer enablement technologies
• Strong understanding of:
• Dev Ops and platform engineering
• Delivery flow and throughput metrics
• Agile and product operating models
• Delivery analytics and executive reporting

Estimated Min Rate
: $175000.00
