Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new manufacturing software solutions (e.g., MES, ERP).
• Manage IT projects, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of plant floor automation and control systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify technology needs and opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their application in manufacturing.
• Expertise in managing and securing operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Experience with IT infrastructure, network design, and cybersecurity best practices in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an industrial setting (e.g., ICS/OT security).
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks.
• Experience managing vendor relationships for specialized manufacturing software or hardware.
