Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• Oversee product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing quality teams.
