Job Overview
Nurse Coordinator (Intensive Care Unit) needed at a 200+ bed hospital serving southeastern Florida. The 12‑bed ICU offers high‑acuity exposure across complex ventilator management, rapid responses, sepsis bundles, and post‑procedural stabilization.
Responsibilities- Report to the Critical Care Nursing Director and collaborate closely with intensivists, advanced practice providers, clinical educators, charge RNs, case management, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy.
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
- Oversee patient throughput and evidence‑based practice implementation.
- Ensure accreditation readiness and monitor quality dashboards.
- Conduct rounding and provide coaching/mentorship to elevate practice standards across the unit.
