Position: Associate - Post Trade (COO Office) (12-month contract)
The successful candidate will be part of the COO Office in Post Trade.
Assist with the digitalization and design of reports and dashboards for various purpose including MIS, KRI, KPI etc.
Support various automation and process reengineering initiatives to eliminate manual and unnecessary tasks.
Involve in the people agenda to enhance work environment and employee satisfaction for the Post Trade team including team building activities, town halls, etc.
Assist with administrative task including organizing and scheduling meetings, process expenses, order office supplies, coordinate regular reports and meeting materials, etc.
University Degree or above, preferably in Risk Management / Finance / Statistics / Computer Science, Engineering or related analytic disciplines.
At least 2 year experience in securities, banking or related industry.
Good analytical and problem solving skill with a teamwork mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Strong articulation and presentation skills with flexible communication style.
Experience in applying digital tools or other data visualization tools is preferred, e.g. Tableau.
Practical experience in Excel VBA knowledge is an advantage
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize task
