The Delivery Experience role isthe direct point of contact for new customers preparing to take ownership.
·Welcomecustomers to the Tesla family by making their journey to ownership a delightfulexperience.
·Regularlyupdate the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information isavailable to management.
·Preparevehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientationstailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.
·Supportthe Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion andensuring superior customer service.
·Contributeideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back endprocesses and procedures.
·Demonstratea mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives forEV owners.
·Keepup with industry trends and best practices.
·Consistentrecord of customer service excellence.
·Enthusiasticand passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.
·Abilityto work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams.
·Abilityto work across multiple systems (experience with Salesforce.com a plus).
·Strongorganization and time management skills.
·Willingnessto work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
·Avalid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record preferred.
·Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Proficiencyin English and fluency in relevant local language required.
